It takes courage to voice our desires… and just as much courage to stay true to ourselves.
So many of us say yes when we mean no — afraid to lose connection, or trying to “do the right thing.”
This weekend is an exploration of these tender moments, the vulnerability behind them, and the dialogue they can open.

Mediation/ Couple session

Sometimes passing a message across to another person gets more complicated, and painful then you expected. Conflicts are a desperate attempt to create connection. Let’s find a way through them.

1 on 1 session (emphatic listening )

This is a sacred space for you to get in contact with you. With your deep self, with your inner world, your desires, your emotions, your power. For all those things you never make space for, or you don’t believe they need/deserve space and for all your doubts. It’s a space for whatever you want to bring. For it to be witnessed with empathy.
