About the Course
Who could benefit from mediation?
Partners, families, colleagues, friends, neighbours. Honestly, everyone.
When to go for it?
During any shape conflict can take, such as discussions, recurrent dynamics, healing trauma, daily difficulties, painful patterns, lack of trust, frequent misunderstandings, etc…
To support your anger, guilt, hurt, distrust.
When you long for peace, connection, and togetherness and you don’t know any more how to cultivate them. when you would like support in listening and feeling heard from someone else.
How does it support?
Sometimes passing a message across to another person gets more complicated, and painful then you expected. Conflicts are a desperate attempt to create connection. Let’s find a way through them.
During the session I’ll support in: - Creating a space where both parties can feel heard and express their authentic needs - Hearing and healing pain to build trust again - Learn and integrate different communication skills - Creating arrangements that satisfy everyone.
How does it look?
I will take 5-45 minutes to connect with each of you singularly. This is for you to be able to express yourself authentically and freely and being heard, and for me to connect with the beauty of the message each of you is bringing.
After that we will bring it together until the end of the 3 hours, with the intent of getting your message across to each other.
After the first session we will evaluate together how often and if you wish to keep our meetings up.
Where?
To decide together: in person or online.

My mission is to contribute to a world where everyone can be heard and seen, by others and themselves.
Hi, I'm Martina. I came in contact with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) through a relationship where I started to grasp the beauty of this tool. After 3 years of self-study and occasional practice, I was touched by how this communication allowed me to connect with my mum in conflict, so strongly that I felt love for her for the first time in 20 years.
Unsatisfied with the lack of mental health support in the neuroscience research field, I decided to switch careers and dive deep into NVC. I trained as a mediator, counsellor and trainer at the Connecting2life school (Yoram Mosenzon). It was a two-year-long process of embodying the tool and then learning how to transmit it so that it could sink in the body. For a year I've been holding my workshops, courses and 1:1 practice.
My approach is based on practice and embodiment. I found NVC very revolutionary and with that respect, I like to let sink in our system a few bits of info at the time, rather than an overwhelming waterfall of theory.
