About the Course

Nonviolent Communication for Teams & Organizations

Better communication. Stronger collaboration. Healthier workplaces.

Workplaces are made of relationships.

When communication works, teams become more creative, aligned, and resilient. When it breaks down, misunderstandings, tension, and conflict can quietly drain energy, motivation, and trust.

Most organizational challenges are not caused by lack of competence, but by difficulties in communication: how we give feedback, handle disagreement, make decisions, navigate emotions, and work through tension together.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) offers practical tools to support clarity, trust, and collaboration in these moments.

I support teams, leaders, and organizations in developing communication practices that strengthen both human connection and effective collaboration.

  • Giving and receiving feedback clearly and constructively

  • Navigating difficult conversations

  • Conflict transformation and repair

  • Communication across roles and hierarchies

  • Collaborative decision-making

  • Creating clear agreements and shared accountability

Formats: half-day, full-day, or multi-session trainings (online or in person).

Mediation & Facilitated Dialogue

For moments when communication becomes difficult or stuck.

I facilitate structured dialogue between individuals or groups to support:

  • Workplace or team conflicts

  • Misunderstandings between colleagues or departments

  • Manager–employee communication challenges

  • Alignment around roles, responsibilities, or agreements

  • Tensions within collaborative or leadership teams

My role is not to decide who is right, but to support understanding, clarity, and solutions that work for all involved.

Team Facilitation & Development

Support for teams who want to improve how they work together.

This can include:

  • Improving meeting culture and decision-making processes

  • Strengthening collaboration and trust

  • Supporting teams through change or complexity

  • Aligning around shared purpose and values

  • Building communication habits that support long-term cooperation

Individual Coaching

For leaders, facilitators, or team members navigating communication or relational challenges such as:

  • Difficult conversations

  • Leadership communication

  • Conflict situations

  • Emotional clarity in professional contexts

  • Preparing for important interactions

My Approach

My work combines Nonviolent Communication, mediation, facilitation, and embodied learning practices.

I focus on practice rather than theory—supporting people to integrate communication skills directly into real-life situations.

The aim is not only to understand communication differently, but to communicate differently.

Experience Includes

  • Facilitating Nonviolent Communication workshops and courses in English and Italian

  • Designing and facilitating workshops within the Oikos LEAP program for authentic leadership (2-year collaboration)

  • Facilitating communication and decision-making processes within NGOs and collaborative organizations

  • Co-creating and coordinating international educational programs, including a 10-day NVC youth exchange

  • Facilitating and mediating within teams organizing large-scale residential NVC retreats

  • Supporting dialogues around roles, responsibilities, vulnerabilities, collaboration, and financial agreements

  • Working in collaborative facilitation teams with shared leadership structures and co-facilitation formats

  • Learning from and integrating influences including Dominic Barter’s restorative and systems-based dialogue approaches

Let’s Talk

If you are exploring how communication, mediation, or Nonviolent Communication could support your team or organization, I would be happy to connect and design something tailored to your context.
