About me

My mission

Writing this I notice that I'm scared of not managing to pass on to you the power and meaningfulness of Nonviolent Communication. It added so much to my life that I wish every human to be touched by the quality of the empathy it carries.

My mission is to contribute to a world where there is care and space for everyone to be heard and seen, by others and themselves.

How NVC entered my life

Thanks to an ex-partner of mine I got to know the very basics of NVC. I applied them in a conflict I had with my mum where I had no hope of getting to a point of understanding. from how she reacted to me expressing in this language, I felt love for my mum for the first time in 20 years. Today, what touches me the most about NVC is how it changes the way I speak to myself. Every time I can compassionately welcome myself, life becomes much more wonderful. Also, connection with others inevitably turned into a more honest, meaningful, and touching experience.

Formation

After 4 years of self-study, I started my formation with the school "Connecting2life". I was trained by different trainers (Bonno Lange, Daisy Delgado), and mainly by Yoram Mosenzon.
With them, I completed the courses to become a mediator, trainer, and practitioner. I chose that school for its embodied approach: learning is based on practicing with your own life experience, and on exercising as the only way to sink in the theory and principle NVC brings.

I've been offering NVC courses, one-on-one sessions, and mediations for over two years, and that, as well as being one of my most valuable teaching experiences, has shown me how to flexibly apply my knowledge to support every individual in what is dear to them.

The CNVC (The Center for Nonviolent Communication) has a process to certify trainers. For transparency, I want to clarify I am not a certified trainer yet, though I am in the long process of becoming one.

Me

I'm an Italian folk born in 1997. I love my country, and the beautiful city I was raised in was too boring for me, so I went to study Neuroscience in Amsterdam. I loved, and still love, research very much, and the working/life balance it offers is too challenging for me, so I decided instead to collaborate to create a more empathetic and mindful culture through Nonviolent Communication.
I am based in Berlin, and as much as I love to change city occasionally, I enjoy changing jobs. Apart from my NVC facilitation offerings, and being responsible for employee care, I am/have been also a jewelry artisan, content writer, translator, cook, hostess, researcher, studying tutor, cleaning lady, and for sure something more I can't remember.

I love integrating NVC with movement, often through dance, like 5 Rhythm and Butoh. I so much appreciate the freedom and body/emotional awareness they bring to the body.

I feel shy talking about myself, and I imagine the info I provided are quite complete. I'll stop here, and feel free to ask anything!
